Our services are delivered digitally and customized for each client based on their campaign objectives. This page outlines our fulfillment, cancellation, refund, and customer service policies in accordance with Stripe and card network standards.
LiveHuman.ai delivers:

All services are rendered digitally, and fulfillment begins upon onboarding and campaign kickoff.
Once your initial setup payment is received, we begin onboarding and building your automation workflows. Most projects are built and deployed within 30 to 45 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of your campaign.
Monthly services are delivered continuously, and your campaigns are monitored, optimized, and managed throughout your billing cycle.
All LiveHuman.ai contracts are month-to-month. You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice (via email) at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
Once canceled, services will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after cancellation is confirmed.
Due to the nature of our digital service delivery and ongoing campaign management, we do not offer refunds for services rendered during an active billing cycle.
However, if you believe there has been an error or if you experience an issue with service quality, please contact our support team at sarah@livehuman.ai. We’ll review your case and may offer account credit at our discretion.
As a service-based business, LiveHuman.ai does not sell physical goods. Therefore, no returns are accepted or applicable.
